The main technical features

1. Vice-engine with fan drive connection useautomatic clutch. The device ensures that the vice- engine automatic dis-connect with fan when vice engine start and stop.easy operations, reduce the impact of vice engine, improve the reliability and use life of the engine.

2. Large capacity (water tank 1600L),  continuous operation for a long time; additional water recycling system, not only save water while making the continuous operating time significantly extended. Spray water and anti-dust use double diaphragm pump and high quality nozzle, working safe and reliable, reduce secondary pollution.

3. Automatic cleaning device have function of barrier protection , avoidance, automatic function. Sweep disk  automatically  retraction when it encountered obstacles and cross the barrier automatically reset, this function effective solve the problem of  cleaning device is easy collision damage;

4. Sweep disk speed based on a variety of different cleaning conditions to adjust high, medium and low grades, in orderto ensure that different conditions have a good cleaning results in a variety of pollution,  also reduce operating costs.

5. Sweep disk have three operating modes: left side working alone,  right side working alone, both sides working at same time, truck operator can choose proper working mode according to road transh condition,   improve the safety of operating truck and other runing vehicles,  also reduce wear of  sweeping brush , enabling lower operating costs.

6. "Four brush in center - suction nozzle at rear" structural arrangement, enlarge cleaning width, improve cleaning efficiency, and it's very useful for nozzle and cleaning device adjustment and maintenance. Because of the short front overhang structure,  nozzle ground clearance higher , so the transition through capability  is better.

7. Pneumatic conveying system, our company develop anti-wear, corrosion, noise reduction materials to manufacuture high efficiency, low noise, long use life fan and automatic adjust  floating nozzle, strong cleaning ability, low fuel consumption, clean common road trash, sediment, small stones and ethereal and material.

8. Manual pump unique emergency system to ensure that the  device can be retractable when the vice engine is stop, lifting trash van, easy to repair.

9. Hydraulic system,  use superimposed electromagnetic hydraulic valve, high integration, neat, reliable, and easy maintenance.

10. All-stainless steel liner bins use double frame structure,  long service life.

11. Control switch is centralized installed in the cab, all electric operation can be finished in driving chamber that equipped with air conditioning.

12. Optional install auxiliary sewage suction pipe, set a special pipe, it can clean up water, sludge and other debris in corner of shallow craters  but it can also clean up the sewer.
