Engine 6HK1-TCNG40 CN4 is newly designed by ISUZU in Japan which adopts a Denso high pressure common rail fuel injection system. This system features high injection pressure and it can make flexible adjustment on the correct timing of injection,injection duration, injection pressure and the rules of injection. With its multi-stage fuel injection, this diesel engine has greatly improved its performance in economy, power and emission, as well as great improvement on engine noise and vibration.
The engine efficiently decreases emission pollution by introducing electronic controlled EGR, 2 level EGR cooling tube and DOC emission control technology.
The electronic controlled VGS(VAT Variable AreaTurbocharger)plus intercooling tech. substantially increase its power and responsiveness, which enables its adaptation to different complicated road conditions .
Cab
The cab adopts a high strength galvanized steel plate and a sealed structure which forms an effective anti-collision protection area for the safety of driver. Special material such as engineering composite resin is employed in the key easy corrosion position which greatly improvs the anti-corrosion performance of cab. The seats adopt a double density foaming with good elasticity which will not easily be deformed, refreshing comfort. Interior trim applies the premium native plastic with no special smell inside. Equipped with spacious frontview windglass,the cab effectively decreases the blind area but highly enhanced driving safety.
The cab can incline for 60°forward, rather convenient for inspection and maintenance.
