12, Truck is not used for long time,   inspect new truck inspection content until passing before use.

13, Should always check the carriage, sub-frame, spare tire rack and other components etc condition, solve problems in time such as loose, open welding etc, avoid serious major accidents.

14, Should always check the main beam and side beam connection is reliable, U type wire and shear iron is loose or not, pad board、 pad or cushion block is fixed firmly or not, must fastening and reset if loosening and dislocation,  transporting and unloading goods all forbidden in loosening and dislocation condition , otherwise it will cause frame, side frame and lifting systems of permanent deformation or damage, or even cause roll-over, endanger the safety of life and property.

15, the loading, operation, unloading

A, the loading goods shall be uniformly distributed and the goods should not be beyond the truckriage, goods density not more than 1600Kg\/m3, the goods  repose angle shall not be greater than 45 °;

B, fully loaded truck should be based on reasonable speed, truck encounters sink tilt, must unload to move truck, in this condition can remove goods from the truck van box( such as remove from side door ), shall not use hydraulic system unload goods.

16, important note:

Any situation of following circumstances, may cause damage truck and accident happen. Please pay special attention to, strictly according to A ~ I ( 9 total) state manipulation.

A, overload run or lifting will lead to:

●vehicles and person unsafe 

●shorten vehicle service year

●modification part early damage

B, partial load operation or lifting will lead to:

●vehicle rollover no security

●tire, van box, frame easily deformed

●lifting system deformation, damage, easy burst accident

 

C, unloading at more than 5 degrees slope or a soft ground will lead to:

● roll-over accidents cause hazard life and property losses

●lifting system deformation or damage easily

D, when goods not unloaded artificially operate heavy truck suddenly decline will result in:

●the lifting mechanism deformation or damage because of the impact  

●frame, chassis deformation even tire burst because of impact , and even lead to other serious incidents

                                                      

  

E, drive forward when unloading part of goods will lead to:

●high center of gravity, truck losing control, the front wheel off ground, roll-over etc accident

●Under high center of gravity impact, lifting mechanism and frame hinge fulcrum easy to deformation or damage

F, person behind unsupported or not firmly support truck will cause:

●Hydraulic and control system leak or unavailable suddenly, cause accidents endangering personal safety

●others misoperation, cause truck van box drop suddenly happen accidents  

 

G, people who stay in the dumper working area or unloading in other disruptors place will lead to:

●truck, goods damage person, destroy wire, wrecked truck or other facilities.

H, driving truck under carriage is lifting condition will lead to:

●truck lifting system damaged easily, crash van box, damaged wire and other facilities, and even life-threatening

 

I, lift truck immoderacy will lead to:

●easy cause truck somersault, damage hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic components, damage crash truck rear and door opening mechanism etc.
